MikeÕs Veggie Cream Cheese Ball or Spread 8 oz Cream Cheese 1/3 cup very finely diced green bell peppers 1/3 cup very finely diced red bell peppers 1/3 cup coarsely grated carrots 2 Tbsp very finely diced yellow or white onion 2 Tbsp diced pimentos 1/4 cup diced green onions 2 Tbsp very finely diced pimentos 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup sliced almonds Amounts are approximate. You can omit a few of the vegetable ingredients if you do not have them on hand. Warm cream cheese until it is soft enough to mix with a strong spoon or potato masher by either leaving it out of the fridge for a few hours or warming in the microwave. Mix everything except sliced almonds in a bowl. For a cheese ball, form into a ball shape and roll in sliced almonds. Great for crackers or bagels.
