Blanche Scalora’s Heirloom Meat Balls

2 lbs Ground Meat (Turkey, Beef or Mixed)
1/4 C. Chopped Onion
1/4 C. Chopped Parsley
2 Eggs
3 Slices Dried Hard Bread
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 T. Worstershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash

Soak dried bread with warm water and squeeze out. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form balls 2 1/2” in diameter, bake in shallow pan at 375° for approx. 45 min. Drop softly into gently boiling sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Gently stir often to prevent burning on the bottom.
