Rice & Sausage Stuffing

(for 14-18 lb Turkey, adjust for other sizes)
2 lbs Sausage, browned
6 C. Cooked Rice
1 1/2 C. Chopped Celery
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
1/2 C. Chopped Parsley
4 Eggs
Mrs. Dash (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Thyme (to taste)
Soak turkey for 3-4 hours hours in salt water.

Mix all together and then season to taste.

Stuffing must be cool before stuffing the bird

Season outside of bird with about 1 tsp Rosemary, a little bit of thyme, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash & a stick of butter.
