Scalora's Veggie Cheese Ball

Amounts are approximate. You can omit a few of the vegetable ingredients if you do not have them on hand. Warm cream cheese until it is soft enough to mix with a strong spoon or potato masher by either leaving it out of the fridge for a few hours or warming in the microwave. Mix everything except sliced almonds in a bowl. Form into a ball shape and roll in sliced almonds. Great for crackers or bagels.
